Hi Everyone! Last night at my first meeting for the serving teams for the Wed. Night Suppers, I was surprised to find how few people had volunteered to help for such a big program.
We'll need more, regular, volunteers if we are going to be able to serve supper on Wed. nights to 150-180 people each week throughout the coming year.
Check your schedules to see if you can volunteer once a month on a regular basis to help out on one of the four cook teams: The 3rd or 4th Wed. teams are in particular need of help. We really could use more help.
We need a committed core of at least 6 people on a regular basis on those two nights. Please help if you feel so led. -- Marthann
